Walks. Discover different parts of the Ciutat Vella district every Thursday with these walks.
Raval residents will be taking to the streets every Thursday between 10.00 and 11.30 am to stay healthy and discover various parts of the Ciutat Vella district. This weekly activity, which will continue until 28 June, consists of one and a half hour walks with a community approach to improving the health of local people.
The walks are part of the Community Health programme drawn up by the Tot Raval Foundation in the framework of the Intercultural Community Intervention (ICI) project driven by the la Caixa Foundation, with the support of the Ciutat Vella District Council and the Raval Sud-Gòtic Sud Neighbourhood Plan.
People interested in taking part should go to the Primary Care Centres (CAP) in Raval Nord (C/ Torres i Amat, 8) or Raval Sud (Av. de les Drassanes, 17). The walks will be guided by a CEM Can Ricart sports centre monitor and cover various parts of
Ciutat Vella. The walks are free, you just need to bring water and wear comfortable sports clothes.
